Tarin, Coon & Lucco is one of the most respected firms in the Houston area. Founded in 1954, the firm is approaching fifty years in the practice of real estate appraisal and consulting. Originally established as E.I. Tarin & Company, later becoming Tarin & Coon, Inc., the company underwent it’s most recent change in 2003, when it came under new management and became Tarin, Coon & Lucco. Growing with Houston enables us to expand our service areas and better meet the needs of our customers.

We are a full service appraisal, brokerage, and consulting firm offering personalized service to a wide range of clients, from individuals to large corporations. Our services include residential  and commercial valuations, appraisal reviews, consulting, feasibility/marketability analysis, and brokerage. Our goal is to provide quality appraisal, brokerage, and consulting services to our clientele.

We are conveniently located near Westheimer Road in Houston, Texas. Take the Sam Houston Tollway to the Westheimer exit, go west to Gray Falls, then turn right. We are located at the intersection of Gray Falls Drive and Overbrook, at 2470 Gray Falls Drive, Suite 190.
